Instructions

  2. 2. Cut the romaine heads in half lengthwise, keeping the core intact.
  3. 3. Brush the cut sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Place the romaine halves cut side down on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes until charred and slightly wilted.
  5. 5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
