  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce halved lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese shaved
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush romaine halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place romaine halves cut-side down on the grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes until charred.
  4. Remove from grill and top with shaved Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing.
