- 2 heads Romaine lettuce halved lengthwise
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ½ cup Blue cheese crumbled
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush romaine halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place romaine halves cut side down on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes until charred.
Remove from grill and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese. Serve immediately.
