  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce halved lengthwise
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ½ cup Blue cheese crumbled
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush romaine halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place romaine halves cut side down on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes until charred.
  4. Remove from grill and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese. Serve immediately.
