Grilled Salmon Fillets with Dill Sauce

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Dill Sauce
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Grill the salmon fillets for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
While the salmon is grilling, prepare the dill sauce. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Serve the grilled salmon fillets with a generous dollop of dill sauce on top.
