Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Dill Sauce

  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Grill the salmon fillets for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. While the salmon is grilling, prepare the dill sauce. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Serve the grilled salmon fillets with a generous dollop of dill sauce on top.
