Grilled Salmon Greek Pitas
Delicious grilled salmon served in Greek-style pitas with fresh veggies and tzatziki sauce.

- 4 fillets Salmon skinless
- 4 pieces Pita Bread
- 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- 1 cup Tomatoes diced
- 1 cup Red Onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
4. Warm pita bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
5. Assemble pitas by spreading tzatziki sauce on each pita, then adding grilled salmon, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
