Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 4 pieces Pita Bread
  • 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Red Onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Warm pita bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Assemble pitas by spreading tzatziki sauce on each pita, then adding grilled salmon, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
