Grilled Salmon Sandwich
A delicious and easy-to-make grilled salmon sandwich perfect for lunch or dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 2 fillets Salmon skinless
- 2 pieces Whole grain bread
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 piece Tomato sliced
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Toast the bread slices on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
Spread the mayo-mustard mixture on one side of each toasted bread slice.
Assemble the sandwich by placing the grilled salmon on one slice of bread, then add lettuce and tomato slices. Top with the other slice of bread.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
