  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush salmon steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Cook over medium heat until blueberries burst and sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
  5. Serve grilled salmon steaks topped with blueberry sauce.
