- 4 pieces Salmon Steaks
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush salmon steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
In a saucepan, combine blueberries, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Cook over medium heat until blueberries burst and sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
Serve grilled salmon steaks topped with blueberry sauce.
