Ingredients 

Salmon

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Avocado Dip

  • 2 Avocados ripe
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. While the salmon is grilling, prepare the avocado dip. In a blender, combine avocados, lime juice, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  5. Serve the grilled salmon with a generous dollop of avocado dip on the side.
