Salmon
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Avocado Dip
- 2 Avocados ripe
- 1 Lime juiced
- 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
While the salmon is grilling, prepare the avocado dip. In a blender, combine avocados, lime juice, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Serve the grilled salmon with a generous dollop of avocado dip on the side.
