Ingredients 

Salmon and Dill Sauce

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Dill fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the salmon for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Serve the grilled salmon with a generous dollop of dill sauce on top.
