Salmon and Dill Sauce
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Dill fresh, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Grill the salmon for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Serve the grilled salmon with a generous dollop of dill sauce on top.
