  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • ½ cup Orange juice
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Brush salmon fillets with the orange glaze.
  4. Place salmon on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Brush with additional glaze before serving.
