Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- ½ cup Orange juice
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Brush salmon fillets with the orange glaze.
Place salmon on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Brush with additional glaze before serving.
