Main Ingredients
- 4 sausages
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, toss the bell peppers, onion, and garlic with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
While the sausages are grilling, cook the pepper mixture in a grill basket for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
Serve the grilled sausages with the pepperonatta on top and garnish with fresh basil.
