Ingredients

  • 4 sausages
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the bell peppers, onion, and garlic with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  4. While the sausages are grilling, cook the pepper mixture in a grill basket for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
  5. Serve the grilled sausages with the pepperonatta on top and garnish with fresh basil.
