Grilled Sausage with Potatoes and Cabbage
A hearty and simple meal featuring grilled sausage, potatoes, and cabbage.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Sausages any kind
- 4 pieces Potatoes medium-sized, cut into chunks
- 1 head Cabbage cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Toss the potato chunks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the potatoes in a large pot of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, until slightly tender.
4. Drain the potatoes and set aside.
5. Grill the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
6. Add the cabbage wedges to the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, until charred and tender.
7. Add the parboiled potatoes to the grill and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until crispy.
8. Serve the grilled sausages with the potatoes and cabbage.
