  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice fresh

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Rinse and pat dry the scallops.
  3. 3. Brush the scallops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Place the scallops on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque.
  5. 5. Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
