Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the sea bass fillets with olive oil on both sides.
Season the fillets with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Place the fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the fillets from the grill and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
