Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Sea Bass about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the sea bass fillets with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Season the fillets with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Place the fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove the fillets from the grill and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
