Main Ingredients
- 16 pieces Sea Scallops large
- 16 pieces Shiitake Mushrooms stems removed
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Thread the sea scallops and shiitake mushrooms onto skewers, alternating between them.
3. Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
4. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, until the scallops are opaque and the mushrooms are tender.
5. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
