  • 16 pieces Shiitake Mushrooms stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Thread the sea scallops and shiitake mushrooms onto skewers, alternating between them.
