Grilled Sesame Soy Shishito Peppers Recipe

- 1 lb Shishito peppers
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Toss the shishito peppers with soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl.
Grill the peppers for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are blistered and slightly charred.
Remove from the grill and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
