  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss the shishito peppers with soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl.
  3. Grill the peppers for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are blistered and slightly charred.
  4. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
