Grilled Shrimp Louie Recipe

Salad Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced avocado
- ½ cup hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
Louie Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and cooked through. Set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all Louie dressing ingredients until well combined.
4. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, and red onion.
5. Add grilled shrimp to the salad and drizzle with Louie dressing. Toss to coat evenly.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
