Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
3. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
5. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
6. Serve hot.
