Main Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon lemon juice
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, and dill to make the aioli.
Serve grilled shrimp with lemon aioli on the side.
