Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups Tomato sauce
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and cooked through.
4. In a saucepan, heat a bit of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
5. Add the tomato sauce, oregano, and basil to the saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Serve the grilled shrimp with the tomato sauce on the side or drizzled on top.
