Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sirloin Steak trimmed
  • 4 cups Mixed Salad Greens
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the sirloin steak with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  4. 4. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. 5. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  6. 6. Slice the grilled steak thinly and add to the salad.
  7. 7. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad, and toss to combine.
