Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast cut into cubes
- 1 Red bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 Green bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 Red onion cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Lime juiced
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
Add chicken, bell peppers, and onion to the bowl and toss to coat.
Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
