Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken spatchcocked
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Rub the mixture all over the spatchcocked chicken, making sure to get under the skin as well.
  4. 4. Place the chicken on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Flip the chicken and cook for another 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. 6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
