  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the corn with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the corn.
  5. Grill the corn for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
  6. Remove from grill and drizzle with lime juice before serving.
