- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 8 pcs Tortillas small
- 1 cup Cabbage shredded
- 1 pc Lime cut into wedges
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until opaque and cooked through.
5. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
6. Assemble tacos by placing grilled shrimp on tortillas, topping with shredded cabbage, and squeezing lime juice over the top.
