Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Flank steak
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 Flour tortillas

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add steak, bell peppers, and onion to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. 4. Grill steak for 5-7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
  5. 5. Grill vegetables for 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
  6. 6. Slice steak thinly against the grain.
  7. 7. Serve steak and vegetables in warm tortillas.
