Grilled Steak Salad with Asian Dressing
A delicious and refreshing grilled steak salad with a tangy Asian dressing.

Salad
- 1 lb Steak grilled and sliced
- 4 cups Mixed Greens
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
Dressing
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 clove Garlic minced
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic to make the dressing.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
6. Top the salad with the sliced steak and serve immediately.
