Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Steelhead trout about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the steelhead trout fillets with olive oil on both sides.
Season the fillets with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Place the fillets on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
Flip the fillets and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the fillets from the grill and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
Garnish with chopped fresh dill and serve immediately.
