- 2 cups Strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 4 Shortcake Biscuits store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup Heavy Cream whipped
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Grill the shortcake biscuits for 1-2 minutes on each side until they are lightly toasted.
