- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, feta cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
Grill the stuffed chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
