- 4 Portobello mushrooms stems removed
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the portobello mushrooms with the spinach mixture.
