- 4 Portobello mushrooms stems removed
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- ½ cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Stuff the portobello mushrooms with the mixture.
