Grilled Stuffed Red Snapper

Main Ingredients
- 2 whole Red Snapper cleaned and gutted
- 1 cup Chopped Fresh Herbs parsley, cilantro, and dill
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 whole Lemon sliced
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped herbs, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the mixture into the cavity of the cleaned red snapper.
Place lemon slices inside the cavity and on top of the fish.
Wrap the fish in aluminum foil and place it on the grill.
Grill for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
