Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Swordfish about 6 oz each
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut a pocket into each swordfish fillet and stuff with the spinach mixture.
Grill the stuffed swordfish for about 10 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Serve hot and enjoy!
