Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Swordfish about 6 oz each
  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut a pocket into each swordfish fillet and stuff with the spinach mixture.
  4. Grill the stuffed swordfish for about 10 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
