Grilled Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings

- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ½ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Ketchup
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, ketchup, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the chicken wings for about 10-12 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and have a nice char.
