  • 4 pieces Swordfish steaks about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the swordfish steaks with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice and minced garlic.
  5. Place the swordfish steaks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. During the last minute of cooking, brush the lemon-garlic mixture over the steaks.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
