Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Swordfish steaks about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the swordfish steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the swordfish steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mixed greens, and lemon juice.
  5. Slice the grilled swordfish and place on top of the salad. Serve immediately.
