  • 4 pieces Swordfish steaks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Brush the swordfish steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the steaks during the last minute of grilling.
