Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • ½ cup tamarind paste
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Mix tamarind paste, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush chicken with olive oil.
  4. Grill chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Brush chicken with tamarind-orange glaze during the last few minutes of grilling.
  6. Serve hot.
