Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 pork chops

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, and minced garlic to make the marinade.
  2. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill pork chops for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  6. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
