- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 Pineapple cut into chunks
- ½ cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
- 1 Salt to taste
- 1 Black pepper to taste
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Thread the shrimp and pineapple chunks onto the skewers, alternating between them.
4. Brush the skewers with the teriyaki mixture.
5. Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
