Main Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1 carrot julienned
- ½ avocado sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
Marinate the tofu in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a grill pan over medium heat.
Grill the tofu until golden brown on all sides.
Assemble bowls with rice, grilled tofu, broccoli, carrot, and avocado.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
