Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Tuna about 6 oz each
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Place tuna fillets in the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the tuna for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  5. Brush with remaining marinade during grilling.
