Ingredients 

Tilapia

  • 4 fillets Tilapia fresh

Tapenade

  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives pitted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the tilapia for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and fresh basil. Mix well.
  5. Top the grilled tilapia with the tomato olive tapenade and serve immediately.
