Instructions
1. Preheat the grill pan over medium heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika. Marinate the tofu slices in the mixture for 5 minutes.
3. Grill the tofu slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. Toast the bread slices on the grill pan for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
5. Assemble the sandwich by placing grilled tofu, lettuce, and tomato slice between the toasted bread slices.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
