Ingredients

  • 200 g Tofu firm, sliced
  • 2 slices Bread whole grain
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 slice Tomato

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika. Marinate the tofu slices in the mixture for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Grill the tofu slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. 4. Toast the bread slices on the grill pan for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwich by placing grilled tofu, lettuce, and tomato slice between the toasted bread slices.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
