Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add tofu cubes to the bowl and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Thread the marinated tofu cubes onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tofu is golden and slightly charred.
