Grilled Tomato and Feta Sandwich
A simple and delicious grilled sandwich with fresh tomatoes and creamy feta cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
- 2 oz Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 large Tomato sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Preheat your grill pan over medium heat.
2. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
3. Place the bread, oil side down, on the grill pan.
4. Layer the feta cheese and tomato slices on two of the bread slices. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
5. Top with the remaining bread slices, oil side up.
6. Grill the sandwiches for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
7. Remove from the grill pan, slice in half, and serve immediately.
