  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Rub the tri-tip with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Place the tri-tip on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
