Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Tuna Steaks about 6 oz each
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Place tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the tuna steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
