Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Tuna Steaks about 6 oz each
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
2. Place tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the tuna steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
5. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
