Ingredients 

Tuna Steaks

  • 4 pieces Tuna Steaks about 6 oz each

Dill Sauce

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill tuna steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Serve grilled tuna steaks with dill sauce on the side.
